I am a local guide and also business owner, in both scenarios I’ve been very compliant with our responsibilities. As a local guide I am more in the way to correct maps inacuracy’s rater to write reviews.
As a business owner I accept when a customer has a complaint and never have done anything to remove a true negative review.
This week, a owner of a similar business (ana maria gonzalez jimenez), started spamming our listing with fake reviews using her friends who have never been here! Already 6 fake reviews in google and FB.

The content isn’t accurate, but I would keep this discussion for later since these statements are always difficult to address because the proof factor would contain personal data.
This action was followed by a sequence of spamming 1-star reviews from her friends who had never been here. We work only by appointment, there are records of all customers.
This reviewer owns a massage center as mentioned by her in the comment: “I have a massage center in Barcelona, and I like to try other centers when I travel…”

This Q&A was already removed by the google spam filter
MARIA GOMEZ, SONIA and another person (Monica) have done 3 reviews on facebook, right at the same time and without ever being here. We never had a negative review on FB ever.
All of these 6 one-star Reviews happened in less than one hour, and every reviewer has a 5-star comment to Centre Boré, the place who belongs to the original two-star reviewer, and all the persons are from the same location.
I truly believe this behaviour is against the TOS and qualifies for removal, the main problem is that google checks the reports isolated without let us provide a global view.
The 1-star reviews were reported, but until now only the Q&S got removed. I would appreciate all help from more experienced people in this forum. Based of the provided information, i appel your personal evaluation and the actions that can make our listing acurate, with only true contributions.
I found this points who are eligible:
- Content that is not based on a real experience and does not accurately represent the location or product in question.
- Content that has been posted by a competitor to undermine a business or product’s reputation.
- Content that has been posted from multiple accounts to manipulate a place’s rating.
