Why is fact checked on my profile not unlocking after completing fact checked task of google map? Please help me.

This has stopped working for a while now. There isn’t anything you can do about it.

Why is it closed? What is the solution?
It’s a known issue. Google has not provided any further updates, so at the moment there is nothing else we can do.
