After you add an edit to Google Maps, it’s reviewed by either Local Guides, or an Automated System, or both to ensure the information is accurate. If your edit is Not Applied that means google unable to confidently verify the information you shared at this time. If your edit is Pending, that means Google still reviewing it and may need additional information to verify that your edit is accurate. It may take some time for Google to gather that information.
Moreover, if the business is a verified listing with Google then your edit may not accept by the google. For more detail please read the article Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?
