This seems to be similar to the known issue which happened last year as well. Hope Google team is working towards it.

I’ve think maybe it’s website issues and on last date sometimes people’s are unable to access the website.
I’ve checked also of @PriyankaS1205 Gmail account it’s not opened and again and again login option showing.
