Beautiful scenery @SophatCHY sunset at the Great Lake often captured my mind. I have never crossed that part but I have been to many other floating villages around the lake. My most memorable sunset cruise was in Phat Sanday, Kompong Thom. At that time, abundance birds coming back to its shelters and when that reflected the water in the lake, it was just so amazing. I’ve also seen a large number of birds like that in the Srok Phnom Srok area of Banteay Meanchey. During sunset, seeing the birds return to their shelters while the golden light reflects off the water is truly unforgettable. The Tonle Sap is such a magical natural treasure!
