Ukoliko još niste bili tamo i zanima vas pročitati više o glavnom gradu (Ljubljana), pogledajte moj post o tome što vidjeti i raditi u Ljubljani.

Ukoliko ste ljubitelja prirode i volite slikovito okruženje, te uživate u šetnjama u planini i šumi, onda svakako ćete uživati i u posjetu ovom jezeru.

@KatyaL Lake Bled is a perfect place for me. How long does it take to walk around the lake?

I like the 1st photo of the lake. I didn’t know you are a good photographer. Hahaha

From my latest trip to German Alps, I really like Alpsee. Here are the photos of it.

What a place. It is holding a kind of calmness within.

Thank you @KatyaL for sharing with us such a beautiful place.

The most I liked is the perfect reflection of the church and the alps in the lake. It is simply beyond beautiful.

Also, the house built on the lake is attracting my heart.

At the most, I like the way you have captured the moments, the way you have displayed the perfect reflection.

I wish to see this beautiful place at least once in my life.

Hey @Ant_Bad_Yogi ,

Thanks for your comment! I didn’t know I was a good photographer neither hehe, but it seems the photos came out nicely, as the Bled lake is really a great place to take photos! I’m glad to see your beautiful photos from Alpsee, Fussen, Germany! The nature is incredible and I’m happy to see another European treasure :slightly_smiling_face:

Is this your favorite destination in Europe?

If you go to Bled, Slovenia take at least 2 hours to go around the lake and about an hour to visit the castle. If you rent a boat, you can also visit the church located on the small island in the middle of the lake.

Hi @AgataZietal ,

Thanks for your question. Basically I was living in Slovenia for a couple of months as a student and I managed to visit many beautiful places there at that time. Bled lake was one of these places and I’m happy to share my experience with you. Do you have a favorite travel destination in Europe? Please tell us about your recent trips and share with us some of your favorite photos.

Hi @TheEagleEye ,

Thanks for the compliments!

I believe you also have great photos from interesting European destinations. Do you mind sharing some with us? What are your travel plans?

I do @KatyaL . I have travelled Europe a lot and have a lot of photos, although not as good as yours.

I got headhunted to do a job so am currently working in Qatar. My wife and I are considering going to my home country of New Zealand when this contract is finished. We have home in Prague still and I do plan to visit more of Europe.

I’m keen to visit Iran and Afghanistan, both where I have friends.

Thanks for message.

@KatyaL I see. I’m not a good photographer but if I take 10 shots, there must be one shot that is good, right?

Well, frankly I would say that Germany is my favorite country in Europe because of the beautiful nature, transportation, safety and nice people. But I don’t like the food. I like spicy food, so I miss Thai food when I go to other countries.

OK, 2 hours is not too long, I can do it. Did you walk around the lake?

No, @KatyaL , I haven’t been to any of European countries. But I wish to go.

I have read the modern world history books. I am having a great interest to explore European countries.

Thank you for answer. I love all the world but my favourite place is Bieszczady in Poland.

I went there for the first time for four days. I feel in love. My next visit lasted for a year. :slightly_smiling_face:

I found job and live with local people. This was amazing. In this place, time is stopping.

Hi @Ant_Bad_Yogi ,

Thanks for your question. Yes, I walked around the Bled lake, but it took me more time as I wanted to stop and take photos. I couldn’t visit the church on the island though, but the castle is very interesting and the views from above are amazing!

I agree that in Germany the transportation is good, as well as the level of safety and the local people are nice, but you’re right that in Europe we don’t eat that much spicy food. I personally don’t eat spicy at all :slightly_smiling_face:
