I’m pretty excited that this little Aussie is going to be doing something from the wish list and I’m visiting the UK, specifically England and Wales for the purposes of Euro Meetup 24 including as many heritage railways and modern rail journeys that I can. I’ll also be visiting a train games studio. I will hit the four corners of England and Wales. Most people who know me, know that I work on a heritage steam railway in Melbourne, Australia called Puffing Billy Railway as a steam engine fireman. So naturally any visit to the UK must include heritage steam railways and there is no shortage to choose from, but I need to be realistic with my schedule and budget so I am visiting only a selection.
