Hi I recently reported a review which was made about a member of staff in my local pub. This young woman who has has on recently started working there was subject to a malicious review which was written by an old school bully who seen her working in the pub and decided to write a complete false review. Obviously this upset her and I reported this under bullying but the systems found nothing wrong. Can anyone please advise if anyone could take a look at this for me. Thank you

From what you’ve described, this clearly falls under “bullying or harassment” since the review is targeting a specific staff member rather than sharing a genuine customer experience.
You’ve already reported it correctly, so the next step would be to ask the business owner or manager to report the same review from their Google Business Profile. Reports from owners usually get more attention.
If it’s still not removed, you can escalate it through Google Business Profile Help Community or here on the Connect community by sharing the review link and business details (without personal info).
