Hi Google Maps! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Euch! Glaubt ihr jetzt im Ernst, dass es hier noch Spaß macht? Ich ändere ein Cafe (Milano) weil es im Haus Nummer 10 ist und nicht in Nummer 8. Im Haus Nummer 8 ist nun ein umgezogenes Geschäft (SternSteinDrache) dessen Daten ihr einfach nicht bearbeitet. Meint ihr wirklich, dass das Lustig ist? Ich wohne hier in Kufstein und kenne alle Orte. Wenn ihr einmal meine Punkte bei den Rezessionen und Fotos anschaut, müsste euch ein Licht aufgehen. Meine Lust hier weitere Beiträge zu machen habt ihr gründlich zerstört. Entweder ihr bringt das auf die Reihe oder wir müssten leider Trennen und ich werde Alle meine Rezessionen und Fotos löschen. Hi Google Maps! I am very disappointed with you! Do you now seriously believe that it’s still fun here? I am changing a cafe (Milano) because it is in house number 10 and not in number 8. In house number 8 there is now a relocated business (SternSteinDrache) whose data you simply cannot edit. Do you really think that’s funny? I live here in Kufstein and I know all the places. If you take a look at my points in the recessions and photos, you should see a light. You completely destroyed my desire to make further contributions here. Either you get it sorted or we would have to disconnect and I will delete all my recessions and photos. Regards AdalbertZ
I m really feeling sorry that you feel inconvenience. As I understand the problem, did you try to edit this place? I m tagging here @JanVanHaver for further guidance, and I hope you will get solution for your problem and also hope that you will continue your contributions for Google maps to help thousands of people of your community.
@AdalbertZ Google is not automatically updating the information of business, but is rather countng on the business owners themselves to do this (using the Google My Business program) or on volunteer local guides like yourself and me to keep the info about businesses up to date.
For Kufstein you are clearly the local expert, so allow me to ask some questions to understand the situation: are Cupa Bar (house nr 12) and Udo’s Eisparadeis (nr 6) located correctly? Should Cafe Milano be located in the area currently marked in grey? And has SternSteinDrache moved from Arkadenpl. to the location where Milano is shown now?
If the answer to all of those questions is yes, then you can actually suggest those edits yourself (it’s uncleqr to me from your post if you have tried this already).
And by the way: feel free to answer in German only - this platform has a built-in translator (und ich rede selber auch Deutsch weil ich in Deutschland arbeite )

So ist es derzeit richtig positioniert.

Ich habe die ganze Arbeit ja schon einmal gemacht aber ich bekam nicht mal eine Nachricht.
Außer diesem Hinweis in Maps.
Wie es nun weiter geht weiß ich nun nicht.
Habe es Gestern nochmal gemacht und für das 3te mal fehlt mir echt die Lust.
Ich bekomme keine Mail von Google zurück.
Seit der Änderung des Design hier ist alles noch komplizierter finde ich.

You can tag me or anyone on Local guides connect by typing @ before username of cconnect, by this you can get instant answer because the concern person will get email notification by your tagging.
@AdalbertZ thank you for providing that information. Based on it, I was able to do some further research and even make some changes. Cafe Milano was actually 3 times on the map, but 2 of those were not really visible as they did not have any category (I was able to add ‘Cafe’ for both). One of those 2 was already located at house nr 10, the other did not have a house number in the address, so it was placed on a random place in the street (I was able to add the house number and move it to house nr 10). And most importantly: also my suggestion to move the visible ‘Cafe Milano’ from house nr 8 to nr 10 was approved already (it can take a day before this is visible on the map). I have afterwards also submitted suggestions to merge the 3 locations into 1 (using the ‘main’ one of course).
About SternSteinDrache then: I suggested an address change, but that suggestion was not instantly approved. It did not lead to an instant ‘not applied’ either - the suggestion is now under review. But the business owner should really claim her business, using the “Als inhaber eintragen” button on Maps. It is 100% free of charge (aldo no hidden costs popping up later) and it will give her full control over her business data on Maps. You can find more info on this in a blogpost I wrote a while ago.
