When ever I apply for road name edits, the edit shows that there is some kind of error and ask me to resubmit the edits everytime.

For years the focus has been on getting more roads added on Google Maps and not on getting the road names correct.
Further, the amount of documentation needed often exceed what we volunteers can find and supply.
Local authorities can set up a geo data partnership with Maps. This is a much better way as Google will trust road names supplied by municipalities.

So trying to fix road names is often a waste of time.
You could try getting help in the Google Maps Help Community. Be prepared to supply the needed documentation.
