Erawan Waterfall Hiking and Night Camping

Erawan Waterfall - a chain of 7th waterfalls with emerald green ponds in Erawan national park.

Accompanied with most locals we reached Kanchaburi train station at 4.30pm. Then each of us on local bike rode by old man to bus station and reached Erawan national park around 7.30pm.

We rented a tent from millitary guard, one tent for 2 pax, 02 mattress, all for 180B. The facility there is so good,

there are toilet, shower, charcoal and most of needed things for camping available. But food is not so you need to pack food for yourself. We decided to camp near the river to enjoy the best scene at night and best sunshine when getting up. Moon reflect her blonde hair on the water river while Morning keep his weapon shining provided us a good sleep among nature and full of energy for Erawan waterfall climbing the next day. We are ready!

It is easy to go upper the waterfall with sign board on the way. Erawan appears her charming since level 2 where we could swim with fish. They kept coming close to find food on our skin but they are too friendly to got scared of.

We spend around 4-5 hours at the waterfall with swimming, mud walking, climbing and taking photos to capture the great nature.

Hi @HanTruong

Wow, It is a very nice place. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I was there a long time ago, the place was very nice and the water was very clean and you can see every single fish in it. I will share some photos of this place.

@sonnyNg Thanks for tagging me. The Erawan Waterfall one of the famous place in Thailand. Located in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand. There are many activities you can do around. This is one of them - float raft downstream Kanchanaburi. It is very popular in Thailand. Have you ever been to Thailand before?
