The is a lot of ways to cook Empanadillas. You can baked, fried, or even use the air fryer.
Today, I decide to make it Fried with chicken and cheese filling.
Ingredients: Refrigerated already made wheat Turnover shell.
Chicken chopped in really small pieces.
Bell pepper and Onions Chopped in small pieces.
Garlic And Green Sofrito
Shredded Cheese.
On an oiled skillet, cook oh medium heat all the ingredients, except the cheese.
After five minutes, moving and cooking all the ingredients. Turn off the Heat.
Then, mix the cheese with the rest of the ingredients, continuously move to create a paste.
Use a spoon to place. The filling paste in the middle of the Turnover shell. Bend the shell and make the closing with a fork.
Use a skillet with deep oil, and fry the Turnover until golden brown.
Remove and drained over paper towels.
In Puerto Rico , we use a lot of different filling, like meat, or shrimp, but the procedure is the same. Bon appetite.
