good afternoon every one. After a long time I got some free time from my work from home schedule and all thanks to “DUNZO” essential delivery app I got all the ingredients to make my lunch elaborate and healthy with my favourite dessert
- RRecipe for BANANA CREAM BREAD
- 1 brown bread slice
- Amul cream 1 tablespoon
- Hershey s chocolate sauce
- Olive oil
- 1 banana
Take one slice of brown bread and spread amul or any whipped cream on it evenly than put sliced banana on it.
On hot tawa put few drops of olive oil and once its slightly hot lay your bread slice on it and shallow fry it till its golden brown and banana s are slightly caramelised.
For garnishing put chocolate sauce on top of your banana bread and voila yummy tasty banana bread is ready in just 10minutes but taste wise its unmatchable and yummy
Recipe for corn green peas salad
- Boiled corn
- Boiled green peas
- Rock salt
- Chaat masala
- Garlic butter
In one non stick pan pre hot garlic butter or any available butter and once its moderately hot put boiled corn, boiled green peas, and hint of rock salt and cook it for 3minutes and cover it with a lid
Now set the salad on any bowl or plate and sprinkle it with chaat masala. Yummy healthy corn salad is ready
For the dash of spice Ness fry 1green chilli in olive oil and serve it with corn salad
Recipe of Garlic chicken gravy
- Chicken peices small in size
- Fat garlic cloves 10 to 12
- Bay leaves 2
- Chopped onions medium size 3
- Olive oil 2tablespoon
- Potato 1big
- Chicken gravy masala 1tea spoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1teaspoon
- Curd 1spoon
Chicken marination
Take chicken peice s in one bowl and put ginger garlic paste, pinch of rock pink salt, 1spoon dahi, chicken gravy masala, turmeric and half teaspoon olive oil and mix it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes
Now for the gravy take big round shaped pan and put 2tablespoon of olive oil and once its hot put garlic cloves in it and slightly fry it then put chopped onions and fry it till golden brown then put bay leaves and cut potato together along with pink rock salt and stir fry it for next 10 minutes
Now take one cooker and along with gravy mix marinated chicken well and let it cook in cooker for 15 to 20 minutes and garlic chicken gravy is ready to serve.
You can either have it with bolied steam rice or wheat puri
