Ein Gedi Reserve - Dead sea Israel

Ein Gedi reserve is a wonderful place located right next to the dead sea on the Israeli side.
I visited this reserve many times and love it!
Since the pandemic I wasn’t able to hike much and the reserve is closed so people can’t reach.
The wildlife is enjoying this situation a lot :slightly_smiling_face:

There are a few trails you can pick to hike and explore the reserve but 2 are the most famous.

  • David stream - it is good for everyone (families) and is very easy.
It will bring you to the David waterfall and through the stream filled with water from the springs.
  • Arugot stream - it is for people who love hiking and is much longer and harder.
it will take you through the Arugot stream with hidden waterfalls, pools and a great view from the mountain on the way back.

Super recommended to come and visit this beautiful place!

Here are some photos from the reserve

Enjoy
