Eid Milad un Nabi (SAW) Festival

Birthday of our beloved prophet Hazrat Muhammad Peace be upon him is celebrated very warmly specially in walled city of Lahore.
People called this festival Eid Milad un nabi.
People decorated all the streets and their houses.

Many people arrange free food for every one its free for all Served All kind of food Mostly chicken Rice, Sweets, Naan Haleem, **Halwa poori and Pathooray also many people gives candies and chocolates to all children passing through and it is usually open invitation for all

Children make landscapes in front of their houses other children come to see these landscapes Children take all their toys and decoration pieces of their houses and purchased Landscaping material from Market and usually they compete with other street children and who makes better gets some prize from elders. Usually they take one or two days and they spend their all the Pocket money they collected in last two or three months Their elders also help them.

A lot of people decorated their Bikes and cars

I have been in Lahore during the eid ul milad ul nabi s. a. w for many a times. I have witnessed the eid being celebrated in the streets of patiala house. Indeed, this eid is celebrated with great zeal in Lahore.

Nice to hear that @ComradeShah you also saw this festival this festival is celebrated all the country but in walled city of Lahore i saw the different type of emotions and motivation much higher then other parts of countries

wow, very nice festival, you know how to celebrate. I like the atmosphere which the photos are bringing, lights, colors, food, people, children, all together to celebrate.

Very nice also the constructions made by the children, what do they usually do afterwards with them?
