Wow, this looks amazing! Thanks for sharing the photo, it looks like a super cool place to visit for breakfast. I’ve not been to Zagreb, but this recommendation will come in handy when I visit.
Could you please tell us what is it exactly? Breakfast is the most important and my favorite meal. I love the weekends, when I have time to enjoy a good breakfast with my family. I like all kind of eggs with good coffee and some juice.
I hope you’ve shared your review on Google Maps too.
By the way I’ve been several times in Zagreb, and you can never get bored of it.
Your photo is very good quality! Did you take it with your phone? I can say that the Croatian people are really hospitable and welcoming. They know how to treat you well. The food not only looks delicious, it is indeed prepared with care and tastes good in most of the restaurants.
Did you manage to visit also any of the local bakeries and try the Croatian cherry strudel, kremšnita - custard cream cake, pinca - Croatian sweet bread?
I’ve been in Zagreb many times and I really liked the atmosphere of the city. It is dynamic and at the same time peaceful and beautiful. I love it during the spring time.
Happy you liked it. Yes, I also believe breakfast is awesome and my most important meal also.
I am not sure about the exact recipe but i think its: eggs, cheese, dried or fresh tomatoes, green peppers and nice meaty sausage. Everything cooked and then baked. Served with some fresh homemade warm bread.
I also love Zagreb and Croatia in general. Actually i have been nomading-living and working there for about 5 months. Love the country! Has everything, amazing sea and coast, beautiful cities and nature.
Best of all now i have many friends there and visit often.

Which was your favourite meal while you were in Croatia?
I’ll be happy to see how the traditional Croatian dishes you’ve tasted look like. It seems like I haven’t tried this one - Perkelt od Soma, but it definitely looks delicious! Usually the seafood meals are very well prepared and fresh in Croatia. This is also part of my topic about Dubrovnik.
It would be great to see your photos of Croatian meals on Connect! I’m sure they will be interesting for everyone.
