Edits of my workplace not approved

I have worked at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium since it’s opening in 2012. Occasionally, I have sent some edits through Google about what is offered here and they have been approved. We have made major changes to our facility in the last 5 years that have been documented through multiple channels (social media, news programs, our website), yet whenever I have suggested an edit, it is rejected. I am a Level 6 Local Guide who successfully had another edit approved, so I am confused as to why this one is not even considered.

We recently lost our signature animal and the names of our galleries should be updated.

Since you are associated with the aquarium you should not make edits as a Local Guide, but as an administrator.

Someone already verified the ownership of Greater Cleveland Aquarium so you should try finding the person holding the Google account and ask if they would make the changes or maybe they will let you become an administrator also.

It could be someone in marketing.
