Hi @DavidTito , Hi @ErmesT , I continue posting @Annisa1208 uploaded about freeing the river from plastic rubbish in Mojorejo village, Batu city, Indonesia.
We carried out activities along the irrigation river in Sawah Rojo with village teenagers, Sabers Pungli, as well as volunteers from Local Guides on February 1, 2020.
At 7 in the morning we gather at Sahabat Air Rafting. After hearing the directions from Mas Dodik as Sabers Pungli chairman we walked towards Punden Desa as the end of the irrigation river flow.
Previously in the parking lot we found a yellow bus, a rafting participant vehicle. Immediately, teenagers asked for photos with the background of the bus, “want photos with Tayo,” they said. Animated figure in the form of a kind bus. Mbak @Yuni83A as a member of Batu Local Guides took a picture of us. Everyone is happy.
We followed the river from downstream, past the residents’ agricultural land. Beautiful verdant rice plants. There are also onions, oranges and corn. We also found a pete tree that was starting to bear fruit. Cak @MadBerlin immediately picked it. As an appetite enhancer, he said.
While walking Pak Karyadi from the environmental service explained about ecoriparian. A minimum of 3 filter basins are needed to filter water from waste. The waste can be used as compost. Plant fertilizers. We followed 2 rivers.
At 10 in the morning we returned and gathered at Mas @Soewandi 's house. We eat together while discussing on the home page. Determine where the filter will be built.
Ecoriparian is a brilliant idea for tackling the waste that has been a scourge for riverbank farming communities. With this we hope that the village of Mojorejo can be an example of environmental waste management that will be followed by other villages. Maybe also the world.
Hi @Moestika very nice story’. Do you have the Photo of process “Ecoriparian”? I think the idea is good to adapt. But a photo will tell more the process, right? Thanks for sharing
Mbak @NunungAfuah New Ecoriparian plan, hopefully it can be built in the village of Mojorejo. If it has been realized, of course, I will share all the processes and photos. It was an activity when we went along the river with Batu Local Guides to determine where the filter point should be built. Thank you for the support.
@dayuluthfiyah Semoga cepat terealisasi ya. Akan menyenangkan menikmati aliran air yang jernih kayak kaca
Rajin amat ya… Salut deh buat kepedulian nya sama lingkungan. Tentang postingan ini, saya mendukung pendapat mbak Nunung Afuah. Akan lebih informatif lagi hasilnya…
Iya Mas @AndrianN , terima kasih. Insha Allah
Oh… Thanks @MAHBUB_HYDER As a person who likes plants, of course you understand that organic waste is good for fertilizer. That’s what we are trying to do, filtering river water to have double the benefits. The water is clean & can be used to irrigate agricultural land. And the garbage for fertilizer is cheaper.
Silahkan berkunjung @BudiFXW , kami selaku anggota Batu Local Guides pasti senang. Untuk mengetahui tempat-tempat yang indah di Batu bisa menghubungi ketua komunitas kami yaitu @br14n atau @Annisa1208 , mereka yang memandu kami.
