Road conditions: most of the road has no asphalt, sport bicycles are not suitable for the trip. Exception: Sao Pedro de Sul - Vouzela trail.
How to get there:
To Viseu (from Coimbra/Porto/Lisbon) - Red Expressos bus (bike transportation - 5 EUR)
To Sernada do Vouga (from Aveiro ) - Red Expressos or regional bus / Train (regional).
