Chocolate Biscuit delight is a delicious dessert which can be easily prepared at home in different varieties. This dessert is popular in Saudi Arabia and is usually served in many bakeries and confectionery. After reviewing many videos related to its preparation my wife came up with this quick and easy recipe:
Variety#1
Ingredients:
1 pack of rich tea sweet biscuits (we used Memories tea biscuits)
1 cup Fresh cream
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Same ingredients are used in this variety along with some additionals as follows:
1/2 cup banana
1/2 cup apple
1/2 cup grapes
Vanilla sponge cake
Preparation:
Same preparation is used for preparing this variety with only difference of adding a layer of fruits in between chocolate butter cream and dipped biscuits.
Finely powdered sponge cake is added at the top surface and a layer of chocolate syrup is added to it.
It is a general understanding that impressive presentation is only done by professionals for the purpose of marketing and selling their food products.
Your photos show that a home-made dish also deserves a good layout and presentation, the photos are exceptionally well, and looking at the color, composition, and texture I am sure they taste yummy as well.

Such a chocolat-biscuit cake is very popular in Bulgaria. There are many variations to it, some with mascarpone instead of chocolat, and others with a vanilla cream.
In Morocco, this cake is made more like a cookie instead of a cake. There, people melt chocolat with cocoa in a pot and add some smashed biscuits. Once everything mixed they leave it a bit outside to refresh and then they wrap it in a folio or a paper in the form of a salami, then they put it in the freezer.
Thanks @BorrisS Vanilla cream can definitely give a new flavor to the dessert, we will try adding this ingredient the next time we prepare this dessert.
