If you wish a solution to the incidence of non receipt of special perks, you need sharing a screenshot of the message confirming redemption of the offer. Nevertheless, you should remove any sensitive personal information in that.
Further, perks are delivered through post & usually take 6-8 week to reach. However, considering the current lock-down, it may take even longer than that.
