Google Maps, launched in 2005, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary on February 8, 2025. Over the years, it has revolutionized the way we navigate and explore the world, introducing features like Street View (2007), real-time traffic updates (2013), Local Guides (2015), AR navigation (2017), and the latest Immersive View (2023).
To commemorate this milestone, Rajasthan Local Guides, in collaboration with Connect Moderator @TusharSuradkar, present the “Each One Reach One” initiative. This campaign encourages every Local Guide to invite at least one new Local Guide to join Local Guides Connect, helping strengthen our global network of contributors.

As a token of appreciation, all participants will receive an E-Certificate of Appreciation from Rajasthan Local Guides.

Thank you, @TusharSuradkar ji. @Kumaarsantosh ji is the person behind the curtain, as the idea for the current campaign came from his meetup when you said, “Think about how we can grow our community.” Inspired by this, I started a campaign at an individual level, and so far, 29 Local Guides have joined Connect through my invitation.
The guidance you provided by addressing the questions he raised during his meetup was incredibly useful for me. When you shared ideas on how Local Guides can support small businesses, I was inspired to take action. Since I live in a small town where 99% of businesses fall under the micro sector, I made sure to include this aspect in my contributions. Additionally, you and @AjitThite ji have helped groom me through meetups and insightful posts on Connect.
