I’M WARNING YOU DON’T BUY FROM BOB’S Bobs is a rip off. The furniture is cheap and the customer service in Seabrook, NH is the worst. Melissa, Kathryn and Elizabeth promise you things but do nothing. How are they managers? The goof proof is just a way to get your money! They do not and i mean do not honor it!! ! There’s a Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses and Ashley Furniture down the street! You don’t believe me look up “I Hate Bob’s” and “Bob’s Discount Furniture Nightmares” and read the horror stories from past customers. They rip off a lot of people and you will be next if you decide to shop there.

This is what buying from Bob’s and adding Goof Proof leaves you! Melissa, Kathryn and Elizabeth told me they were handling my claim and never did a thing about it so now im left with broken furniture!!! This is the Seabrook, NH Store

Please reach out to the Google My Business Help Forum where the community managers and experts would be able to advise you accordingly. In the forum, I suggest clicking on Spam & Policy, then creating a post there. Please note not to include any of your or the business’ personal information, but rather allow a community expert or Googler to contact you to obtain it.
If you are not familiar with what Google My Business is and you want to learn more about this program, feel free to check their official page.
In the meantime, I have removed the name and URL to the business as we value the privacy of everyone. I also merged your two posts as they shared the same topic.
