Previously, I did not dare to input existing icons from my iPhone into the review. Is it allowed to use multiple icons like in the attached image?

You can feel free to use icons. By looking at icons it is easier to understand the content.
You can using relevant emojis.
Don’t use Misleading or Inappropriate Emojis or Symbols.
Best Practice to Use emojis sparingly and meaningfully to enhance your review, not to replace words or mislead readers.

I want to find out the exact answer whether using an icon violates Google Guidelines or not? Personally, I really like these icons in the review
