I do contribute to answers about each visited places. One day i see it got 1000 points and it gradually reduced .
I dont understand moderation on these answers.

It is possible. In the past the storage of the answer was linked to your Web and App activity, but with the latest improvement of Google Maps the control was moved on a separate section: Place answers . In this way you can manage how to delete them
However in the past it was related to your setting for Google’s My Activity as you can read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?
I don’t know if the settings in the Web and apps activity can continually to affect the storage of our answers. For this reason I am tagging @DeniGu for a check

@ErmesT is correct. If the Auto-delete option in your Web & App Activity is turned on, answers will be removed after the specified amount of time (3, 18, 36 months).
The number of your Answers can also decrease if the place they were contributed to no longer exists on Maps.

What surprised me is that the part related to “make sure to have your "web and app activity turned on” has been removed from the help page Answer questions and improve Google Maps .
I think that part should be mentioned/reinstated in the help page, because it is impacting our points
