I would love to join Asado but I don’t eat beef and pork :smiley: I eat only chicken.

@RohitGahlot Asado is not made only of beef, we are used to prepare also chicken, fish, cheese and vegetables. Even pizza sometines!

The asado is not the roasted beef. It is an style of cooking and the ceremony or ritual around the preparation of food in a Parrilla.

I know about Asado it’s a traditional event and uses the barbecue.

I was sharing that I don’t eat beef and pork.

Dear @RohitGahlot the main meat that we cooked in the grill ( Parrilla) in our country is beef, them pork, I have cooked vegetables ( potatoes, carrots, cucumber, red yellow and green pepper, onions, eggs, etc), cheese, and even fish, fresh water fish and at last chicken.

The chicken in the grill taste fantastic! You have to open the Chicken like a frog and put it to the grill 35 minutes by side with medium fire.

Here in my country we grilled every thing! :wink:
