Do not disturb mode while driving is different for US users!

Here is a picture of two Google Pixel 6a phones, fully updated in the driving mode options of settings. The US version doesn’t have the ability to disable Do Not Disturb mode while driving!

Functionality is often different in different regions @AlexanderChalkidis this is expected and normal. This may be because of local laws or because Google has released a changed into one region and not another to gauge feedback.

You can’t disable do not disturb when driving in Australia either at its illegal to touch your phone when driving here.

In all countries it is illegal. This makes no sense. There is nothing “normal” about taking away the flexibility that makes us choose Android devices over Apple. It is completely stupid and pointless. People just won’t use driving mode thus making it even more dangerous while driving. Because that is your only option in the US and Australia versions, completely disabling driving mode. So you lose all the Google Maps app magic.

And you don’t need to touch your phone to use it. duh!
