@PrasadVR I get it. I thought we only provide hyperlink for POI not the specific Star media. I had no idea if we can provide individual url for each photo however it would have been extremely helpful is it showed the view count. I have a good 360 photo at this POI but I can’t pin it and see it’s views. I most probably would replace this star 360 sphere but I’m unable to find that one. I’m still confused whether should I update the link as I’m gonna replace it before this month’s final submission for the LB of August.

@Trail_blazer , I have no direct experience on Sphere 360. My comments here are based on my observations of other LGs’ contributions in the Star 360 Sphere album.

Hey @Peadar , are you saying you don’t like the new system where part of the monthly update is automated? I’m sure @AdamGT did this to make it easier for all LGs and to include as many more as possible on the Leaderboards. Could you explain why this would make you unhappy?

I think I’m more mad with myself than anyone else, I didn’t have a great few days as everything I done / touched went pear shaped, I do like the automated updates idea, but that was my problem to get done & part of the problem, why I’m a so bad at phones/laptops, I’m glad to report my rant is over & apologies to all, my kids say copy/paste dad

I entered it in Star Media Albums 360 sphere’s
Looking closely mine in in portrait & not landscape
& I took it with an iPhone on the google street view app

Based on the caption under your entry in the album @Peadar , it looks like you updated at the end of July but not the end of August.
The other details don’t matter as much, but you need to consistently log in and update your stats on the Top100 dashboard once in every month.

never showed up in the next months listings after including it
nor the next month after either, as you said I didn’t update something that never showed up in the first place,
in fairness it’s a crappy 360 pic shot with a iPhone 6+ on the streetview app

Not sure what’s happening here @Peadar . As I said before, you need to consistently log in and update your stats on the Top100 dashboard once in every month. If you don’t have two consecutive months in some stats, you don’t show on the Leaderboard.
September is almost done, so it would be wise to do an update on the 27th or 28th.

@Peadar , I’ve just had a quick look at your latest updated data and can see that you correctly updated both your star photo and star video and hence they are included in the respective August Leaderboards, but not your star 360 sphere.
I suggest that you act on the good advice being given to you by @tony_b and make sure that you check and where necessary update your data and when it comes to your stars, make sure that you update their screenshot data regardless on whether not not the star views have changed. You can see another recent example of mentioning the importance of dates in this reply here to @TerryPG regarding star views per day.
It’s really quite simple! As @tony_b has mentioned, update each month on or before the 27th or 28th and you should be fine.
