Welcome to this post! I love sharing about places which have very less information on google maps and actually deserve to be known. Hence, the title Discovering the Unknown. Last year during summers I was in Meghalaya, a hilly state in North-Eastern part of India for a 2 month internship. Trust me when I say this, “No place is as serene and as organised as Meghalaya.” We went out every weekend to explore the state. Not many people know about it and hence there is very little content on google maps. Also as no one posts reviews about the spots we had very limited guidance of the roads except local people’s help and road signs. So, I decided that let me be the one to take the first step, start and help raise a community. Presently I have more than 50K views on my pictures and reviews about each and every place I visited in Meghalaya. The folks there are always welcoming and the roads are very well constructed when compared to other well known hilly regions of India. Well, this is just for the starters. Once you are into the peaks of Cherrapunjee and Jowai Hills, you can witness driving into the clouds with waterfalls running across the highway. But the places where those roads lead to, are the real deal! Lively waterfalls, the cleanest streams, exciting treks, living root bridges, nature and human harmony are some of the fantastic and filmy things one can witness. I know that words aren’t enough to strong support my side of the story. Hence, I will be attaching lots of pictures for you dear reader, to see for yourself!
