Discovering the communal city

I love Google Local Guides because it allows me to connect to the real city. The city built and used by regular people, like you and me. I love eating on restaurants listed by Zagat, for example, but I also love to discover those hidden gem that only local people know where they are. Also I like to add the more information as possible of places who were turned into spaces of resistance. Spaces that can tell us how is the history of a city. Where it used to be abandoned and turned into a reclaimed spaces by the population. Google Local Guides is not only a collaborative map, it is also an alive history of the space. Its dynamic follow the dynamics of life. Spaces are not static. And Google Maps is the cartography of how the life os the spaces are never the same they were yesterday.
