Disappearing Google Business Profile

Dear Members of the community,

Recently more than 10 business profiles disappeared from Google Maps. There were no notifications in the mail or an alert regarding the same. These profiles were verified and had 100% profile strength. Highly engaging and has more than 50 genuine five-star reviews from customers. Please help me find the same. We tried all the possibilities and couldn’t find any support contact for Map. This is directly impacting the business.

I have attached the screenshots of the previously received mails for proof of existence. Please help us to get this found. Will be a great support. Thanks in advance.

I am a bit surprised about this post. On February 22, 2022, you shared a recap in Connect related to a meet-up where you shared your own knowledge about “Google Map, Local Guide Program and Google My Business”.

Your knowledge should include the fact that:

• Participating in Connect (and in the Local Guides program) as a Business (an agency that is managing other Google Business profiles) is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
• A claimed business can appeal for the removal ONLY through the Google Business Profile Help Community

The business role and the Local Guides program should never be mixed.

I’m really sorry for surpassing Local Guide Terms and Conditions. As I mentioned I tried all the possibilities and couldn’t find a way out and this was something like a bug or hack which I thought would be important to notify to the team Google Map. My intention was only that and not anything else.

If you still need I shall delete this immediately.
