I’m not sure if everyone knows about the current issue in Cambodia or not. This month at the border between Cambodia and Thailand has risen up again. This time is much larger and very concerned about safety. Aside from physical contribution, digital is also an important part when conflicts happen. I’ve been keeping watch daily at the border, and some of the locations have been blocked and burnt. However, I’m trying to have a daily update on roads or places that have been blocked or closed, and some can not be fix at the moment. Anyway. I have summit all roads closed at to ensure safety, travel priority. align with government implementation and so on. As updated, it’s 60% of my request has been approved among of all the roads that crossed the border, which has a positive result to the digital map. I only hope Google keeps an eye on the border between Cambodia and Thailand to track what is changing and moving. We are looking for a peaceful solution very soon!
