I am helping a local business that has a Google business that is now disabled in Google Maps.
His company’s official address is at his home but he is renting out equipment and the store that is renting is at a place that is not his official address.
So how can he verify the address?
He has no documents that list the renting address - only his home address. He don’t want to verify w his home address as then people will show up at his home not at the airport where they should get the equipment.
Hi @Hakon
Thanks for asking. This forum is for volunteer local guides only. Business owners have their own help pages and forum.
Here is the GBP help center and you find the GBP forum here.
There are lots of info about verification on the GBP pages.
Cheers

You might still know this and I am a local guide.
You already mentioned this, @Hakon .
Still the help can only be found on the GBP pages. The guidance can help you, but the actual owner might be in a better position to get the listing unsuspended.
The owner will likely have recieved instructions on how to get unsuspended.
Best of luck
Morten
No the instructions that are sent are joke.
You don’t follow the guidelines but don’t say anything what is incorrect.
Local guides can learn lot by reading the official help pages about the Google Business Profile program. Even how to help businesses get verified.
But getting verified can be complicated, and the best way to solve such issues is to use the relevant forum.
Cheers
