Different ways to use Heena !!!

Hello connect community friends,

We are going through a lot of festivals in India , so to celebrate these occasions with some beautiful and exciting ways, I wish to add to this conversation with all of you in some innovative idea and that is to use of Heena ( Mehdi) in the parts of body, like in hair or hand .

In our societies of this subcontinent, generally people put it on head to colour it ,on the other hand, women are used the Heena in hands and legs to show the art of decoration.

So the use of Heena and its importance are very popular in our societies.

I do hope my friends would like this discussion.

Thanks.

Hello @ShekharMuz_5 ,

Thank you for sharing this beautiful photo with us!

In Morocco where I grew up, henna is a cultural thing and present in different celebrations, such as marriages and many more.

Usually, henna is put on women’s hands and feet, however men can have one little dot in the palm of their hands too. Furthermore, it is very common and popular among tourists as well, as it is considered to be very exotic.

Here is a great article that might inspire you: How to tell a story through your photography.
