Did not receive 12 months subscription as promised in the email.

I have received an email from noreply-local-guides gmail account stating that I can redeem the perk of free Google One membership for 12 months. But when I went for it, I received it only for 6 months. I would appreciate it if you anyone could assist me in this. Please advise. P.S: The 12 month perk email is shared as screenshot in https://goo.gl/APnerZ

There was the information that there was typo regarding the subscription period.
