@YasumiKikuchi wow what a beautiful writeup. Am so keen on Eating the shaved ice😱. Has it been modified since its inception? Or has it been as it was since 1200 years

And a good question! The current method of making shaved ice is different. The way of shaving 1200 years ago seemed to be even rougher, and of course there is no current sugar. Even enjoying the ice itself seemed precious. However, this form of shaved ice, which is popular all over the world, is still the origin of the traditional Japanese culture of “heat stroke is prevented by cooling the body directly”. In other cultures, there are archaeological discoveries about shaved ice at the same time.
