Gracias, espero podamos solucionarlo juntos.
Good morning,
As you can see, the company has replied to my review giving my personal data. I do not think this is a normal or legal practice. I would like the information they have provided not to be available for everyone to see.
I am not going to go into the lies they say about me, since it is not relevant. It matters to me that this information (which is not entirely true) is on the networks.
Thank you for your response. I have not done anything wrong, it is the company that has done it. I should not delete the review to erase my personal data, when it was not me who spread it.
I would just like the comment to be removed. I am thinking of taking legal action against them, as this is a serious violation of my rights as a consumer.
I do not see “personal data” (Address, contact details) disclosed by the businesses, @dsarda even is I can see “personal information related to your behavior”. The same information that you are, in this moment, intentionally sharing to the whole planet, denying in this way the violation of information that you are attributing to the business.
Honestly, what I see here, is a violation of the Maps User Contributed Content Policy , because a review should never be used as an alternative to open a private conversation with a business about a personal issues. The risk is, as you can see, that the business respond. That review should be removed for the already mentioned reason, and the answer will disappear with the review.
However, if you care about your own privacy, I think the screenshot shared here should be removed too
I did not post the review to start any conversation with the company. I just want to report that they do not answer calls or messages sent. I believe that this does not violate any policy.
As of today, everything is settled. So I don’t understand why you say that, when that’s not the case.
If I see a breach of my personal data, soaping that I have breached certain aspects of a contract. that doesn’t seem like personal information to you? It does to me.
About the other thing you say, how can I show the fact if I don’t share it?
I think you have not been able to understand everything, if you do not speak Spanish.
