Today we celebrate World Lion Day. #WorldLion Day
I would like to devote my post this event.
Recently I returned from a trip to an amazing place,Lions Park “Taigain”,a Paradise for animals, which was created by a wonderful person Oleg Zubkov, a great lover of these graceful, beautiful and strong animals.
On the territory of 32 hectares there is a Lion Park" Taigan", where the animals feel free, they are fed and happy and love their owner very much.You can watch it in wonderful video from “Taigan” This is a green, beautiful corner of nature, you can say a Paradise for animals.
A year ago, the Park had such a program- “Walk to the lions”, where visitors were photographed with lions., lions sat in a tour car and hugged visitors. Animals, despite all their severity ,are at heart big, gentle cats who love to be petted.
In last video you can watch it your own eyes—lions like to give hug visitors.

Beautiful post @helga19 , I like the photograph of tiger and lion cub playing in the same cage. Any idea on why the angry look on this Tiger’s face?

@helga19 sorry Inna, just got a chance to read your post carefully. It is amazing how they can hug people, are they trained for that? I still feel a bit not comfortable. Did you let them hug you?

Thank you @Sophia_Cambodia for your comment. These lions live in this safari park from birth. They are trained not to be afraid of people, they consider them their friends. Many animals are very friendly and affectionate, have grown up in love and care.Yes, they tend to treat people kindly, some of them are very kind.
When I was in this park there was not program ""Walking to the lions ".
