Crunchy Chocolate Lava Cake

The Chocolate lave cake is one of the best sellers in the dessert category in the fast food restaurant chain in my area. These delicious cakes are baked in the oven at ~450 C, So that they’re crunchy on the exterior surface with molten lava chocolate flowing in the inside. The common price of this delicacy in our local restaurants is ~4 US$ (2 pieces). The cake tastes more like freshly baked biscuits with hot thick chocolate lava placed at the core.

I like the taste of this sweet dessert and usually have it with my family and friends during the outdoor pleasure trip. It is best recommended to eat this cake when they are freshly baked and hot. In my opinion, the only downside of this lava cake is its sugar content which is ~30 grams.

Did you buy this dessert from Domino’s Pizza!? I didn’t know that they were offering such a dessert, at least not in Bulgaria!

Here, they mostly have ice creams, choco pies and brownies for dessert.

Thanks for the comment @BorrisS Yes, I bought this dessert from Domino’s. Here in Saudi Arabia Domino’s offers three varieties of desserts, chocolate lava cake, Crownies and Cinnamon twists, of the three desserts I like the taste of lava cake.
