In Google maps
1)Some places when zoomed to the final extent, the name of the place is not displayed. When we go very.near to the place, that part is shown.
Many times it has happened to me.
2)when I want to add update photos to some places, the place does not exist, at that time I go for missing places and the place is created twice.
Please give a remedy for not creating the place twice.

This is a good chance to collect data from users for i.mproved Google Maps.
Under the maps online, should ask about the problems of using google maps.
If Googles no take actions,useless to inform!

Sorry, but I don’t think I completely follow your question.
In the Add a missing place to the map article is described how you can add a place on Google Maps, if you have issues with that.
Same for uploading photos. Steps are provided in the Add, remove, or share photos and videos article.
Please note that I am going to move your post to the How-tos section of Connect, since it better fits there.
not always a POI is visible zooming on Maps. Mostly depends if the place have a storefront, but it can be also for other reasons. What I usually do is to search for the place on Google Maps, before to suggest an edit.
Also, most of the time, if a POI already exist, the App suggest you a possible already existing place. Is very important to be close to the place, when you add a new place, but the one that works better for me is the “search before editing”
Be aware that an automated system cannot avoid 100% of our possible mistake, so it is up to us to be carefull before to make an edit.
I always assume that a place already exist, this help me to avoid most of my potential mistakes
