I have been sharing the reviews on Google Maps for a while and I have more than 2000 contributions on Google and 11 million views. I stand at level 7 until today. I would like to know if is there any page or section that monthly shares the top reviewers from each country. As I am a resident of Karachi, PK, and would like to know the top reviewers from Pakistan on google maps.

Generally speaking Google do not share this kind of information, and the leaderboard mentioned by @Lukas_1 is related only to the Local Guides registered in that leaderboard, so it is not an absolute value.
O am also not sure to understand completely your post, because you said that you have more than 2000 reviews, while your profile in Maps says that you have 251 reviews, and only 89 of them are considered “helpful”
Are you taking about a different Account?
Agreeing exactly with what @ErmesT mentioned here @raaj81 Maybe you added up your reviews, ratings and photos to achieve the 2000 mark, For your own benefit raaj81 it’s not really worthwhile Just adding a rating. Google and viewers much prefer a well written review.

To answer your question on top Pakistan reviewers, the leaderboards currently list @KashifMisidia for your country.
