I have posted 16 reviews out of which 14 reviews are well above 200 characters. But the count of the reviews over 200 character shows only 12. Two weeks ago it was proper. Please help me with why it was reduced although the reviews are still present.
Please do not go literally by the statement “review with more than 200 characters”.
The evaluation criteria might be ignoring the blank spaces and punctuation marks!
A simple clue would be the non-appearance of the words “more” at the bottom of any review, to click and expand that for further reading.
Further, two out of the total sixteen reviews are private now. Please find out a root cause for that and remove any objectionable content.
In addition to @C_T 's comment, please be advised that reviews that do not adhere to Maps User Contributed Content Policy will be made private and are only visible to you - view counts for these reviews do not count towards the total review view counts.
Building a bit more on what @MoniDi has said, when I look at your total reviews I see 14. It would thus seem that 4 of your reviews are filtered. You should look at your account from an incognito window to determine which ones are filtered and then look at those specific reviews to figure out what might be wrong. Common issues are the review not being about a personal interaction with the place, talking about other businesses, including prices, including special symbols, and including words that are considered profane.
The filtering is largely done by algorithm, so do not take offense if you’ve been filtered; rather just figure out what likely filtered the review and then update it.
