Why does my count of reviews and photos show less in the reviews section of a place?

Requesting concerned persons and moderators to help on this matter that has been experienced by multiple Local Guides in recent times.

@Anirban_Explorer The lower number takes into account any hidden photos or hidden reviews you may have flagged on your profile.

I am not sure what you mean with " the reviews section of a place". It would be helpful, if you show a screenshot of each.
Hi, sorry for the delayed reply. Please find attached the screenshots. I have 268 reviews, but the number is being shown as 248 next to my thumbnail in the Reviews menu of the place ‘Hunger Food Court’.

Hello @Anirban_Explorer all reviews, photos and videos are checked by an AI filter, not only for obeying the rules, but also for suspected SPAM and false information.
As @tony_b correctly mentioned, you posted 268 reviews, but 20 of those are hidden to the public, because they were rejected by the filter.
I recommend reading this series of articles written by @MortenCopenhagen a while ago: How to Get In and Out of Trouble: The Main post and also How to find your hidden reviews since it should be the first step for you to do.
