I have never been to Madrid, but its on my shortlist. I would like to visit this city very soon. Your list of restaurants comes very handy even to me.

Thank you so much for sharing your favorite restaurants in Madrid. I personally really love Spanish cuisine. My favorite dishes are paella (of course), gazpacho, chicharrón, tapas and not to mention the jamón, which I know is not a dish, but I really wanted to include it, because is absolutely delicious. Are there any specific dishes from your area that you would recommend, something that is not as popular?
