Cooking is an art best expressed in the hands of the artist: the cook

Deal.

I will tell you how it tastes. I have to do that on Saturday though because, it’s only on Sunday I don’t work. :grinning: :see_no_evil:

What will you prefer I call you? @Giu_DiB

I will check out dishes. Ermes and Luigiz shared with me some Pizza pictures and I have been so interested in tasting the Trappizino. My knowledge of food is very limited…

P.S.:

It’s done

Here in Brasil, rice and beans are also a combinations that is part of our daily eating. That’s the main reason malnutrition is not more severe than it could be among the poor.
I loved the tips and the cultural aspects about the local food

Yes, in the Northeast of brazil, the drought is quite severe, so lack of food is a reality. But rice and beans - our cultural dish for everyday meal - have saved many people.

Oh, Renata is a common name in Bazil, but I know that in Eastern Europe too, funny thing :slightly_smiling_face:

I have only ever heard great things about Brasil, I am surprised there is such a severe drought, that can render people hungry and for a prolonged period.

I believe the Government is working on providing relief and aid to the communities most affected.

The combination of Rice and Beans is really a healthy choice.

In Ghana, we call our rice and beans Waakye, not Wanke. Is that what the Tongoleese call it? I’ve never seen it spelled like this before.
