Although day 1 of this wonderful ConnectLIVE has started from the Google Office, let’s talk about the time when I entered the Zuri Whitefield hotel with @PritishB. Last night, we stayed in a hotel approximately 1.3 km away from Zuri. This morning, after we had our breakfast, we packed our luggage and checked out.
At around 11:30 AM, we entered the Zuri, and while we were checking in, we met our fellow local guides, @Raj_Tayade, @Nidhish_Jaju, @MathanVibranarayan, @Velvel, @SwetaDhondoo, and others. The hotel staff gave us our T-shirts. We all went to our rooms and came down at 3:30 PM, where we met other local guides as well. Then we went to the Google Ananta in 2 buses.
Finally, we reached our dream destination, the largest Google office in Asia, Google Ananta. The moment I entered the office, I felt like it was another world. We all started clicking pictures, and the staff gave us our ID badges (ID cards).
Then we all went to the above floor; the moment we entered the room, @Latika_Malhotra Ji, @Kristen_NYC, @TinaWill, @David_K, and some other Googlers welcomed us to the office.
Then we had a lot of interactions with them, with a lot of fun. Everybody decorated their gift items on the table, and we started picking up the items. During this, we also clicked various pictures of unforgettable memories.
We had a cake-cutting ceremony for the 10th anniversary of the Local Guides. After that, we started having snacks, juices, and interactions with fellow local guides and Googlers. Now it was time for dinner; we stepped towards the kitchen, picked our plates and food, and started having dinner with other local guides.
After we finished dinner, the staff told us that it was time to go back to the hotel. Everyone started clicking pictures here and there, covering the maximum areas of the floor in the office. We had a great time at the Google Ananta hotel and made so many beautiful memories with our fellow local guides and our beloved Googlers.
