For several weeks now I’ve been trying to edit and update my star video post and as soon as I select the pencil edit icon on the post, I get the error shown in the screenshot below. I hope someone can help me with this.
Please add the link to the reply your are trying to edit.
Hello @MortenCopenhagen the link to my start video is in my post but in case there is an issue here it is again my star video link
This is the first time there has been a change in the video views for over 12 months so I haven’t encountered this issue before
Sorry. My bad.
But, you must have updated the table monthly with a new row, right?
Let me tag @AngieYC to take a look.
@MortenCopenhagen yes that is correct I have been updating the table each month.
@WilfriedB thanks for sharing your thoughts, I’ve never encountered this issue before. When I got this error message I was using my laptop but mostly in the past I have used my tablet.
Hello @IzzyOz
This is a JavaScript error and although unlikely as on the surface looking at your Star Video post I cannot see anything wrong, the error might have been caused by incorrectly copying/pasting the table HTML in the post. Regardless, I would have thought that the Connect platform should have been able to handle this. One possible solution might be to (1) copy the post content so you don’t have to re-create it, (2) delete the post, and (3) recreate and re-paste your content however as both @WilfriedB and @MortenCopenhagen have suggested, it’s best that a Googler takes a look at this and provides a backend solution.
Thanks for tagging me @MortenCopenhagen.
@IzzyOz what is the format of the video you were trying to upload and how did you try to upload the video (by drag & drop or copy paste)?
If you can share details on how to reproduce, that will be great. Thanks.
Hi @IzzyOz,
I am able to replicate it, we will look into it.
