The category you used ( Google Maps tips & tricks - Local Guides Connect ) is for technical conversations about Google Maps but also for asking questions and reporting issues. That’s why in this category we have the possibility to give a solution to a topic.
However, not every topic need a solution, as you can read here

It depends on the purpose of your topic and the question asked. If you’re sharing about your experiences or your question is broad and doesn’t require a definite answer, you don’t have to mark any replies as a solution.
