With a very recent changed, the Street View Trusted Photographers program migrated to a new platform, accessible online to SVTP like you.
Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Connect Moderator for granting the access to your profile.
In this page (Manage your data ) you may find all the information and the modules to Modify your data, opt out from the “for hire list” of from the entire program
