I have two Gmail accounts and each one has several of my google guide reviews. Is there anyway I can combine all of my reviews under one of the Gmail addresses?

Short answer: No.
And please remember you can only have one of them signed up as a local guide.
If it was possible I think some shady types would start selling contributions.
You can manually transfer photos and reviews but it is a lot of work. So much so that taking new photos and writing new reviews is faster.

Contributing with more than one account is is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Contributions to Google Maps must originate from a single Google account to count towards benefits and cannot be transferred between owned accounts.”
That’s the main reason why it is not possible to merge two accounts.
This also mean that you can be removed from the Local Guides program, so please exit from the Local Guides Program with one of the account ASAP.
